Choose the right topic
All support routes currently go to support@docdoe.in. The subject helps us route the message correctly.
What helps us solve a problem
- The email address used for your DocDoe account.
- The page or feature you were using.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The approximate time the problem occurred.
- A screenshot, file name, or payment reference only when relevant.
For lesson or answer-quality feedback, include the class, board, subject, chapter, and the exact part that appears incorrect.
Keep private information safe
Never email your password, one-time code, full card number, CVV, government identity document, or another student's private information. DocDoe support will not ask for those details.
Parents and guardians should avoid sending unnecessary information about a minor. An account email and a clear description are usually enough to begin.
What beta support means
DocDoe is in closed beta. We investigate account access, billing, privacy, safety, data loss, and broken core study flows first. Product suggestions are reviewed, but a suggestion is not a promise that a feature will ship.
If an automated generation fails, keep the job or resource identifier shown in the product. It helps us trace the failure without asking you to upload the same material again.
Product feedback
Tell us the study job you were trying to finish, not only which button you disliked. The most useful feedback sounds like: “I had a Physics exam tomorrow and needed chapters 1 to 3 moved into tonight's revision plan.”
Email support@docdoe.in with the subject “DocDoe product feedback”.
Beta updates
We do not show a fake newsletter success message. If you want occasional beta release updates, email support@docdoe.in and ask to join the update list. You can ask to be removed at any time.
